With a simple twist and pull, the cane separates entirely from the umbrella. The umbrella itself opens instantly with a semi-automatic push button, requiring very little hand strength to operate. It features a wide 105cm high-density canopy, reinforced with 8 durable fiberglass ribs to resist bending or breaking in high winds. For added peace of mind on dark, rainy afternoons, the edge of the canopy is fitted with a reflective safety strip to ensure you are highly visible to passing traffic. Good umbrella, tight sleeve

The umbrella and stick are both 5 star quality. The outer fabric carry sleeve is ridiculously tight to pull over the dry folded canopy though, gave up using the sleeve. Otherwise fantastic.

Genius invention!

Whoever thought of putting a removable walking stick INSIDE the umbrella shaft deserves a medal. When it starts pouring rain you can actually walk with the cane in one hand and hold the umbrella in the other! With normal walking stick brollies you're stuck choosing between support and staying dry.
