When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Luxworth reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Luxworth confirms acceptance via a dispatch confirmation email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Luxworth may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products to the delivery address provided in your order.

Luxworth is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Luxworth. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Luxworth, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby completely release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Luxworth.

Our total liability to you for any other loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total price paid by you for the products giving rise to the liability.

SECTION 17 - PRODUCT INSTALLATION, USE AND SAFETY

Certain products sold through our Services, including but not limited to bathroom fixtures, hardware, grab rails, and shower seats, require secure and proper installation to ensure safe operation.

  • Professional Installation Recommended: We strongly recommend that all load-bearing, heavy-duty, or safety-critical hardware be installed by a qualified, professional trade contractor.

  • Wall Suitability and Fixings: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the wall, surface, or backing structure where the product is to be mounted is structurally sound and suitable for the intended weight load. While products may include standard fixings, it is the installer's responsibility to select and use the correct fixings and wall plugs appropriate for your specific wall type (e.g., solid masonry versus plasterboard studs).

  • Incorrect Installation: Luxworth assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for product failures, property damage, personal Verletzung [injury], or loss resulting from improper installation, poor workmanship, or the use of incorrect mounting hardware.
