Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Luxworth. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

Standard orders are processed and fulfilled the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates, Couriers & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail and DPD. Should these services be unavailable or experiencing difficulties, we may use Evri or Parcelforce to ensure your delivery arrives.

Our standard delivery uses a 48-hour tracked service. With our next-day fulfilment, the total estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. The standard shipping cost is £4.99.

Free shipping is available on all orders of £50 and up.

Handmade to Order Items

Certain products, such as our handmade wooden grab rails, require additional production time.

  • Shipping Method: Royal Mail Tracked 24®

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-14 business days

  • Shipping Cost: £6.25 (Free for orders £50+)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Luxworth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
